Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm PST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

C&E Shoes offers two (2) types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. We have now included International shipping to Canada and all destinations using EURO currency. We also ship to locations in Asia, Africa, and Australia.

We ship via UPS and the United States Post Office to Military Bases and PO Boxes

Free Ground (5-7 business days) - any Domestic order over $500

Ground (5 to 7 business days) - $15 

2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $35, $20 each additional item

Next Day Air (1 business day) - $85 for first item, $49 each additional item

International Express (for International Orders) - $85 for first item, $20 each additional item.*

USPS to Canada (US Post Office Shipping to Canada) - $40 first item, $20 each additional item.

USPS to PO Boxes - $15 

APO via USPS (Shipping to Armed Services Personnel) - $15 

*We are not responsible for any taxes or customs that you may incur in your home country

*We do not ship packages with Signature Required unless Expressly Requested. We are not responsible for "lost" packages that have  been left at the doorstep. Please request Signature Required on your order if you wish it.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

We are pleased to offer Route Package Protection on all orders. Route Package Protection offers valuable peace of mind by covering your package against loss, damage, or theft. While it is not mandatory, we highly recommend this service to ensure your order is fully protected during transit.

For a small fee of .27% of your order total, you can rest assured knowing that if anything happens to your package while it’s on its way to you, you'll be covered. This service also includes real-time tracking updates via Email and SMS. This fee is automatically added to your order for your convenience.

How to File a Route Claim

Go to claims.route.com.

Note: We refund or replace the cost of the item(s) alone when approved. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay custom/duty fees. 

If you prefer not to use this service, you can opt out by unchecking the box labeled "Route" during checkout. However, please keep in mind that if you choose to opt out, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. 

 

BILLING ADDRESS: Your billing name & address must match that on your credit card statement or your credit card transaction may be declined.

VERIFYING SHIPPING ADDRESS: For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. The reason we do this is to ensure that both you and we are protected from fraudulent activities. Someone may get your credit card information and your billing address (from your trash can for example) and ship an order to anywhere in the US. Only you, as the cardholder, can add an alternate address on file with the bank and/or credit card company; this keeps our fraud rate down and gives you more peace of mind knowing you are purchasing/shopping with a company who has your best interests in mind. Our Customer Service may email, then call you, to verify order information. If contacted, your order will not ship until we verify it with you.

Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please note this only takes 5 minutes and you will never have to do it again once this is completed. Please also make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your candefashions.com account information.

C & E Fashions reserves the right to cancel any orders placed on our website. The following are all possible reasons for cancellation:

--If the address, zip code, or CVV number doesn’t match

-- If the item ordered is no longer available

--If we are unable to reach the customer by phone or email.

Tracking Your Order

If you want to track your order shipment , you can do so in the following way:

1) Refer to your order confirmation email for the UPS or USPS tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website or the USPS website (websites listed below) to track your order shipment.

The United States Post Office website is www.usps.com

We charge Sales Tax in the State of California of 9.50%

Orders from any other state or country are not charged Sales Tax.

Order Confirmation

After you make a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number within a few hours. You may review the status of your order by viewing Order Status. As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the Order History for all your online orders.

C & E Fashions accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Credit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution.
