Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a store credit, a credit refund, or an exchange. (see below for details)
Unworn and undamaged merchandise may be returned in its original box within 30 days of the date of delivery. The shoebox must be shipped inside of a shipping carton. Follow the following procedures to return an item.
  1. Fill out the Return form that came with your order. Be sure to complete all fields: Your name, order number, items you are returning, reason for return, and style #, color and size of any items you wish to exchange for. If you did not receive a return form, please write your order number on a piece of paper, and whether you want an exchange or a refund, on a piece of paper and place it inside the box with the shoes.
  2. DOMESTIC ORDERS: Contact us either via email at info@.candefashions.com, or at 213-629-2861 to request a prepaid return form.
  3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
  4. Enclose the Return form (or self note) with your return items and be sure to send back the shoes in their original shoebox. Place the shoebox in a shipping box. Drop the package off at whichever carrier is on your return label, FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  5. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, less the shipping. Refund times will depend on the credit card company's policies. Merchandise received more than 30 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be eligible for a return.
  6. Please Note: Shoes not returned in their original box will not be accepted for return or exchange. Shoes not shipped in a shipping carton will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  7. Please Note: Items returned after 30 days of date of delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  8. Please Note: Items which are marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for Return.
  9. Please Note: Custom and/or Special Orders may be exchanged but are not eligible for Refund.
  10. Please Note: Shoes purchased on Layaway are not eligible for Return.
  11. Please Note: Shoe Trees are not returnable
